If you want to try out any of the major CMS options without having to
install them first, you should take a look at: http://opensourcecms.com/

FYI, Nuke has a reputation for being not very serious about security.

Can you describe what it is you're trying to do? That would help me give
you better advice on other options. But, I will say this, Wordpress
(http://wordpress.org/) is very clean, has a huge community, and can do
a lot more than just run a blog. Also worth a look is Textpattern
(http://textpattern.com/), if your needs are simple.
