The vexing thing is that this machine comes with Ubuntu:
512 MB DDR2
4 GB SSD
And this machine comes with Windows:
1 GB DDR2
16 GB SSD
That's twice the memory and 4 times the disk for only $100 more but it
looks like you have to get Windows to get that $55 discount and a better
computer. The "Build Yours" link does not offer Ubuntu as an option for
the better machine. Why is that? I think the obvious answer is that we
are seeing more Microsoft anticompetitive meddling.
