Yeah, just about. If I remember correctly, I put it together in very
early 2006. It has been added to a little bit since then but apart from
increasing the RAM and HDD space and adding a TV tuner card, it's pretty
much early-2006 vintage parts. The processor and RAM also running at
stock speeds also- if they were overclocked to where other people had
gotten similar parts (about 2.8 GHz on the CPU and DDR-500 on the RAM)
it would probably be indistinguishable from a newer build.

Okay, so my CPU usage was about 60% on each core. That's roughly in the
ballpark of what I saw, considering that I had other things taking a few
percent on each core as well.
