May have to do this.  Centos4.4 server is doing the same thing as 
version 5.  This is annoying. Mandriva installs fine but with no console 
configure options I can not get the old ISA ethernet card (eepro100) to 
work.  Not to mention the bloat.  What is Ubuntu's packaging?  I have 
only used RH variants.
