Wow. I'd say if it works behind that setup it just needs a route to the outside world.

I helped a friend setup his Vonage "box" (I don't know what it was, he just knew that is what he was suppose to plug his phone into) behind Windows running internet connection sharing for a Sprint cellular modem. If that config worked, I can't imagine it is too picky.
