[MLUG] Vonage and other VoIP providers

Hey MLUG-

I'm in progress of ditching my land line in favor of the lower price  
better offering of VoIP.  I don't and won't own a cell phone but, do  
have needs for a fixed land line.  Vonage offers a package that is sub  
$15 a month.  My call records show that our phone was used for a total  
of 40 minutes last month...  70% of calls are incoming.

The networking hardware appears to desire an outside IP considering it  
has a router built-in anyone configure one behind a NAT/Masq?

Any words of wisdom?
