Why is it best? To me it seems excessive. The quality isn't as good as
DVD (or at least it doesn't seem to be) and I can certainly fit 2 hours of
video on a 4.7 GB DVD. At 13 GB/hr, at 30 fps, we're talking 120 KB per
frame. I don't mind an imperceptible loss of quality to get the 13 GB
down to 4.5 GB. It must be possible.
