Most of the Linux DVD playing applications (Kaffeine, Xine, Totem, etc.)
are mede to have libdvdcss as an optional dependency. What you will need
to do is simply get a hold of a copy of libdvdcss either as source or as
a package built for your particular distribution- Google is your friend
here. Certain distros have non-US repositories that will automatically
install it when you install a movie app. Livna is one for Fedora;
Packman has them for SUSE, some of the Automatix repos will do the same
for a Debian-based distro. Gentoo does everything by source and as such,
if you call for libdvdcss in Portage, it'll download it for you and
build it.
