I don't think so. So I guess it's the Neo1973 more than OpenMoko that you are interested in. Google has an OS called "Android" and a prototype phone, but nothing for sale yet.

Google is developing a locator system for use with mobile devices that are not GPS equipped. But I agree with the comment that they'd better get down to less than 1 mile or it won't be worth all that much, at least not in a city like this one (with a gazillion streets all over the place).
