Be careful with Bootcamp+Parallels and activations. You have to do
the Bootcamp install, get everything setup and then setup Parallels
to point at the Bootcamp partition. I believe this creates a new
hardware profile and installs the proper Parallels drivers. That
might munge up your installation and require you to re-activate
because of the virtual hardware changes.
We use the enterprise releases here with no activation or I could
check with one of my workmates.

I am now tempted to just install XP Pro just under Parallels and bag
out of usiong Boot Camp at all. I have some slight fear/trepidation
here because I'm using an OEM copy and you can only install the thing
once...or it blows up.
