Cool, I'll have to check that out some time.
This tutorial on PAR is pretty helpful, and is how I've been compiling
the one Perl program I maintain:

And then I package up using the Nullsoft Installer:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/nsis/
I have everything set up in build scripts in my editor, so compiling and
packaging is just a couple of button presses away.
