I'll try that C code. I do have some of the sequences already
represented by regexes (it came that way!) so that would throw strstr()
for a loop...
I would plug it in and see if it works now, but it's gotten quite late
and I have to be at work at eight tomorrow morning. Thank you to all for
the help.
