Well, that's a good price, and you're getting value for your money.
You can use the case until the industry switches form factors again.

This case does ATX and mATX, so I think we're safe for at least five years. But, yeah: in the long run, this thing will seem huge.

As I understand the physiology of hearing, eventually my ears will
become deaf to this particular frequency -- Problem solved!

That is, alas, close to being right. Tonic stimulation of the hair cells encoding this frequency will eventually take its toll. Plus, there are all the cool effects of aging on hearing loss to look forward to. :-)

So I think we're going to order the RAM, the motherboard, and the
optical pretty soon...and then it's screwdriver time!
