[MLUG] System monitor application?

Hi,

I'm tuning a control system attached to my Fedora system, and I'd like
to find an application that plots the values on a slowly scrolling
display.

I would be surprised to find an application that does exactly what I
want, but I could modify one that's close enough.  Displays of this
type are commonly used for system monitor applications.

Does anyone have suggestions for something that would do what I need
or be easily modified?
