Yup, just select more than one file, right click, and select "Get Info".
It will prompt you that you are about to edit multiple files. I
selected about 1500 songs the other night simply for a genre change. It
was the last thing I did before I went to bed so I don't really know how
long it took to actually process.

OK. When you recommended iTunes I wasn't sure that you meant that it
could do batch processing. Now I know.
