I have a collection of PDF documents (actually issues of Scientific American) and each one has a cover page that I would like to export to a .jpg or .png file of a certain size. So is there an easy command to just convert the first page of a .pdf to a .jpg? It would be best if I can specify the dimensions in pixels, or at least one of the dimensions in pixels.
