--chunk=128 seems to be a command that issued at creation time...   
Just 160 Gb, have a spare drive laying around for a rebuild?   Or for  
50$ http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16822152020   
Then use it as a backup solution... ;)
