I've been using MantisBT (well, not yet, but going to be using it) to keep track of bug reports. Hrmm, perhaps I should look more into trac. For HTML diffs and similar things, you do realize you can do post commit scripts in SVN? There's some nifty things you can do with this, once you think about it - i.e. auto-email developers, build html exports, etc. etc. Also I've got two books on subversion - one of the best I've seen is by Apress, called Practical Subversion. I've got an O'Reilly book, but the Practical Subversion tends to be quite a bit better from what I've seen (course, haven't done much with either but use em as a reference, so can't really say for sure).
