I think realplayer (at least the older versions did) does it, but you
need to be sure to disable all DRM stuff in it and make sure it is mp3
format it is saving to.  I used to have a utility that did a good job,
but has since been lost in the tides of time with succesive rebuilds (I
think it even had a command line version with it).
