It just over wrote the MBR, I hope... (fingers crossed for you)
Pull out your favorite rescue cd and get to command line... open up  
fdisk and change the partition type back to NTFS (option 7 if I  
remember correctly)
Write the table back to disk and reboot. In theory everything will be  
hunky dory but, there is always Murphy's law...

Keep in mind, if your install attempt actually issued the mkswap  
command you may not be as lucky and data might have been lost... :(
