Try the universal boot CD image, if you can get a copy. You'll have to
copy the data out. I'm not sure of a partition repair tool though. You
might have to use the factory restore CD's and copy your data back after
you re-install the NTFS partition.

This is the prime example as why you should always backup your drive
before doing something like this. I know it's a bit late now, but
something to keep in mind for later. Hope this helps.
