I want to put together a fairly inexpensive computer for my wife's family in Ecuador. I want them to be able to work with digital photos, do the usual word processing and spreadsheet stuff, no high-end games. I also want to try to stay under $500 including a monitor. It's surprising to me how much I can buy for that kind of money. For example, the stuff below is $500 + $20 S/H from newegg.com. I still need a case, mouse and keyboard, but I can cut a little out of what is below.

One thing I'm wondering about is if I can get DVI video output to go with the nice Hanns monitor and still stay under $500. The ASRock mobo below has built-in graphics but it's not DVI. They claim to have a DVI version for the same price...

...but their "where to buy" link isn't helping -- none of the listed sellers lists that ALiveNF4G-DVI. I think maybe they're selling it only in Germany. Anyone know where I can find that mobo or how I might get a different one that would do the same things and have DVI out?

Thanks in advance.

Mike
