I have Mediacom's "extreme" package and the SMC wireless router/cable modem that they provide seems to work rather well. The model number is SMC 8013WG. The downside is that it only has 4 lan ports but a cheap switch solves that problem for me.

I've stopped using my Linksys wrt54g entirely (Though it always worked great) as its just not necessary anymore.
