[MLUG] Sub-Let Available in Columbia ASAP

Does anyone out there in MLUG land need, or know someone who needs, a
great place to live? I've taken a position in St. Louis (Sr. Systems
Admin - Linux/Windows) and need to move out by the end of July.

We live on Providence Hill right next to Stoney Creek Inn. It's a 2
bedroom, 2 bath two level apartment/townhouse. We have a washer and
dryer in the unit. The kitchen is huge with new appliances
(dishwasher, fridge, stove, microwave). There is storage in the
laundry room and an extra storage closet in the second bedroom.

The neighborhood is all young adults and professionals. I would say
it's very quite 95% of the time. The building butts up against a large
woodland area. Trail access and walking distance to Mizzou
stadium/arena area.

All utilities, cable, cable Internet ready (wired with cat5e in the
walls) included in the rent. Rent is $795/month.

They also accept pets. We have one huge, fat cat and one tiny energetic one.

To sweeten the deal a bit, we're willing to leave our security
deposit, and even cover a month or two of rent if needed.
