Prevent ISPs from biasing network content and operation?  Really extensive wiki on this. Wow.  Sounds like the author thinks it's a buzz-word.

I'm sure it has nothing to do with AOL.

I must admit that I don't know what net neutrality is really about.
What side am I supposed to be on.
