Those seem to be contradictory aims.

If I'm understanding HR 5252, net neutrality passed with almost every Republican voting in favor of it. That probably doesn't affect AOL's policy, but I'm not sure.

I'm sure it has nothing to do with AOL.

I must admit that I don't know what net neutrality is really about. What side am I supposed to be on.
