Tried to get my mom on Firefox, but she just whined. Tried really hard
to get her off Outlook when i kept having to fix her computer of virus
issues, but she went right back.

On a happy note, I got a fellow student to go to Open Office :) every
once in a while she'll send out documents in open office format. hehe.
but it isn't a big deal. At least i can read them ;) and redo in a
readable format for teacher or other team members.

I actually prefer openoffice. There are too many annoyances for me in
MS's Office stuff. I'm still learning the features to the spreadsheet
and the impress... and they have an access type addition now too.
