The email group would use the "Physical space per square foot". This is 
the amount for one Dell rack mount cabinet. I think the student email 
uses one of these. I know that email uses fiber for its connection.
I do not know how much MS charges for Exchange per seat or how much man 
hours it takes to administrate. I would say to stop by LSB and ask to 
talk to someone in the email group.

I know that email is on an Exchange machine and bengal is on a RH 
machine. I do not think they even share storage. If I remember right 
whenever work is done on the SANS, bengal is still up.
