I will agree.  I think it sucks but I think you are barking up the wrong 
tree.  IATS is no longer in charge of email.  The group that is in 
charge of email is UM Systems.  Now if you ping the webmail.mizzou.edu 
and do an IP WHOIS you find out the the IP is owned by MoreNet???
