It is a short write-up about one legislator who actually seems to "get
it." By the way, that site is on my old blog.. I do apologize for
linking their twice in one day, though there aren't any ads or anything
so I don't really gain anything from it.

I don't think they do. Personally, I use amaroK for managing my audio
library. It has some neat features like intelligent playlist building,
inline lyric view, etc. Its well worth checking out. It bills itself as
the "next generation" of media player software..and I see where they get
the notion.
