Well... That all really depends on what you've got built up on your LAMP
box. Plenty of stuff (especially from the P part of the LAMP) that
you'll deploy will lag behind the update. If your investment in legacy
code is substatial, you'll have to do your best to mitigate your risk
(and code like crazy to catch up, or reset your acceptible risk level).
