I believe thunderbird/evolution support import/export of iCal and I know
KOrganizer has a function to automatically export an HTML version of the
calendar when changes are made. (Easy to link that to a script that
auto-uploads to the site every evening or so)

If you use iCal. there are a myriad of converters and products available
to deal with it. I've played around with WebCalendar and found it to be
adequate if a bit on the simple side. I would deifnitely go with ical if
I were you, though, as it doesn't tie you into 1 product. (If you find
an annoying bug in KOrganizer, you can just export to iCal and pretty
much instantly have all of your calendar data elsewhere)
