No. I take that back. The warning is generated by growisofs, and in
the case that it considers it has been invoked non-interactively, it
should immediately quit. So then no messages from mkisofs should
appear, but the "Invalid node" message comes from mkisofs, and it means
that when it tried to stat(2) the file /var/ftp/files it failed for some
reason.
I am looking through the source code of these commands. But I am
guessing that you might have a slightly different version.
So please run -
What does
mkisofs -version
or
mkisofs --version
do?
