I have experience wiring a duplex as I have done it to my owner occupied
duplex.
I might be interested in helping you, however a job such as this is
typically a two person task. I have asked the individual who helped me
install for my place (whom also happens to have all the test equipment).
I will hopefully hear from him soon and let you know.

We need one side of a duplex wired up for the purpose of being an
office. We've got 6 network drops and 2 phone drops. We supply
materials or you supply materials, doesn't matter. The place has both
attic and crawlspace, but runs can be stapled to the baseboard for all
we care. One of the phone drops is next to a network drop, the other is
in the floor below a conference table. The network drops terminate to a
patch panel in a closet in the center of the space. Alternately, we
could be talked into just putting RJ-45 plugs on everything and tossing
the jacks/patch panel. This is a temporary setup, and as such we
don't want to make much of an investment and really could care less how
ugly it is. The only other requirement is that whoever does the install
certifies the stuff, so you'll need to own or borrow a test rig. We're
going to be running gigabit, so everything needs to be up to Cat 5e
specs at least.
Anyone want the work? We're looking to do this for < $500 materials +
labor. Could be a decent afternoon for someone. We also happen to have
a couple spools of Cat6 wire sitting here, so even if you want to supply
jacks/plugs the wire's there to use.
