For tech support, I'd be happy if each user could set their own
language preference.  (This capability probably exists already, but
wasn't exposed by the Linux distro installer.) And this capability
would carry over if I su to root.  So I could do the system-setup
things in my language, and leave the end user with his favorite
language.
