I guess I was just busy or something.  Anyway, it's out!  The big cool
things for this seem to be:

0) New version of Gecko
1) Really almost usable SVG.
2) More CSS3 support
3) Javascript 1.6, aka we added some useful methods to the Array class
4) MathML

I'm happy about the improved Mac OS X performance, and the vastly
improved performance in some places.  (This beta is, however really
slow at rendering a few sites for reasons I cannot figure out. 
yahoo.com was excruciating the first time.)

Anyway, this does well with many (but, alas, not all) of the SVG
examples at http://www.croczilla.com/svg/samples/

If anybody knows of a canonical SVG test suite, I'd like to know.

One unfortunate thing is that it is incompatible with the current
version of greasemonkey.
