Now Igor is (we think) at UMR, where students and professors are more
motivated and interested in learning. At least the engineering
students. ( I got my BSEE from UMR and my MSEE from UMC. Compared to
UMR, I would say the EE and computer programs at Mizzou are more like
tech schools to teach Java to offshore programmers. )
