After a few hours of use, I can say that it is not catching the spam
very well. I had three spam emails in a row that came through
untouched. One was about buying cheap pharmaceuticals - very typical
spam.
Now I see that it is tagging messages as spam, as follows....
X-SpamBouncer: 2.0 (06/30/05)
X-SBRule: Direct-To-MX (no rDNS)
X-SBRule: Body Domain: guigehl.com is in SURBL (Abuse Butler)
X-SBRule: Body Domain: guigehl.com is in SURBL (OutBlaze)
X-SBRule: Body Domain: guigehl.com is in SURBL (William Stearns)
X-SBRule: Body Domain: guigehl.com is in SURBL (Spamcop)
X-SBRule: Body Domain: guigehl.com is in SURBL (Wein/Dijkxhoorn)
X-SBScore: 30 (Spam Threshold: 20) (Block Threshold: 5)
X-SBClass: Spam
....but it isn't putting them in the appropriate folder. I guess it is up
to me to use filtering to put the messages in the proper folder. I'll try
this:
:0:
* ^X-SBClass: Spam
${SPAMFOLDER}
:0:
* ^X-SBClass: Block
${BLOCKFOLDER}
:0:
* ^X-SBClass: Virus
${VIRUSFOLDER}
