Not true.. you can install an app as admin by right clicking on an exe,
com.. and choosing run-as.
Then enter admin username and password and it installs.

Isn't this true? - If you have to install something, then you can't just
enter an Admin password, you actually have to log out and log back in as
an Administrator. I don't like that "feature" so I stay logged in as an
administrator all the time. Who wants to shut down all of their programs,
log out, log back in as Admin, install, log out, log back in as a user and
restart all their programs? Not me.
