This includes the case when you yourself are already an administrator. I've wished for some time that Windows would add this, as it's a great security feature. It's things like this that make spyware MUCH harder to install on a Mac machine. Not impossible mind you, but harder. And with that, I haven't seen any spyware yet for a Mac.
