I dont think it would hurt M$ as much as it would the Linux Market. If
your Choice was between XP, OSX and Linux... in very few cases would
someone pick linux.
Linux costs $0, and in some countries it is becoming the de facto standard
and in some others it is an official standard. Maybe it will be nicer to
run OS X on Intel, but that remains to be seen. We know that Linux is
rock solid. Also, though many people aren't aware of the issues,
GNU/Linux is free (libre) software and OS X is not.
