I'm currently running Gentoo on my Toshiba laptop and yesterday I updated
my ATI drivers using emerge. Now anytime I run any opengl program
(especially anything in Cedega/wine), the framerate has dropped to almost nothing. The video
refreshes once every second or two. Does anyone know what may be
causing this problem and how I should fix it? (There were no issues with X, just opengl.)
