How much are you willing to spend? T1s are a lot cheaper than they used 
to be, and can be had for as low as $300 a month 
(http://www.speakeasy.net/business/t1/), and as far as I know there 
aren't any distance restrictions (though you may pay by the foot for the 
local loop charge).
