I'd like to toss out a quick note on the Satellite connection - parents
got that as they live out in the country. Let's just say they almost
went back to dialup, as it was about the same speed, but didn't due to
the hassle of having to use a phone line. The quality is supposedly
TOTAL crap, and the DirectWay people are horrible about fixing or
working on it. UGH. In other words, satellite isn't there yet.
Annoys the hell out of me too because it's really bad when you consider
the amount of money spent on it (DirectWay isn't cheap), how poor
service you're getting. Essentially, I feel like my parents are being
ripped off by it, but no choice when you live out in the country.....
