Like Linux this is an open group effort...

So far we have:

Place- 222 Townsend Hall
Network- (working on network) potential cisco switches...
Power
Spindle or so of blanks of CD-Rs
Potential of several kick ass burners
Cooler or 2 with soda...
Loads of people bringing pre-burned Live CDs and Package CDs

Need to work on:
Advertising
Potential Food


We missing anything else?
