Works for me.

I'll make 25 copies of the OpenCD. I'll also bring Slackware 10.1 and
Debian Sarge Netinstall (2 copies each).

There are not enough outlets in just about everywhere I know of to plug
in 10-20 PCs. What about those nifty power outlet/surge protector
thingys? The folks at Memorial Union are usually pretty cool about these
kinds of things. Who did you speak with? I know the building coordinator
and I could ask him what he thinks if you're still interested in going
this route.

Cheap advertisement may be possible by getting an announcement on the MU
Info e-mail newsletter that gets sent to everyone on campus. Maybe
another possibility would be the Maneater? I think some big posters with
a prominent Tux the Linux mascot on them would attract attention, too.
Cheers,
Matt
