At this point, I'm looking at some weekend in April, preferably a
Saturday.  Does anyone have commitments for the April 2?

This would give us some time to get/make LiveCDs and Install cds. 
Speaking of which, ACM will foot the bill for a spindle of cds.  So,
if this is ok, I'll trade you a blank cd for every cd you bring to the
'fest and give away, up to 50.  If you don't have cds just sitting
around, email me and I can give you some.  I'm thinking 3 - 4 copies
of 2 or 3 distros and a bunch of LiveCDs. Whatever distros the
volunteers have experience installing would probably be the best
choices, though gentoo is out unless we can get that awesome drive
image Nathan mentioned.  If you start burning stuff, email the list so
we can keep track of who's burning what.

After having talked to the people at Memorial Union, it doesn't sound
like it would be particularly easy to get 10 - 20 computers plugged in
in one of those rooms (like there aren't that many electrical
outlets).  There are a couple rooms open, though.  George, you
mentioned there are rooms in Townsend - do we need to reserve them
somehow?  Are they networked?

Also, I'd like to hear some ideas for cheap ways to advertise - are
flyers about the best we could do price/performance-wise?
