But here "screen" means "monitor" - a physical device. You had written
this...
From what I've read, multiple monitors would not be needed either.
"Bumping" the side of the display would switch you to another session.
...and that's what I was responding to.

My excuse is that the software doesn't exist.
Please correct me if you find that I am mistaken, but I think the Synergy
web page is pretty clear in stating that multiple monitors are required -
it doesn't do virtual screens.
