maybe have a Gentoo booth, install it like maybe
a wireless laptop, showing advantage and dis-advantage of
gentoo, what could look like with stuff like kde, gkrellm2
with some fancy plugins all, the crazy desktop stuff.
Maybe some facts from the gentoo developers on irc.freenode.net
like possible installation GUI in the near future for gentoo.
Or maybe linux on wireless, the wifi technology aint half
bad as you guys were putting it awhile back. I just need
a simple script to auto detect open master APs and hook onto them.
Todays Access point can filter MAC addresses to for further security.
Information on wireless cards with Atheros chipset has
it's own linux driver vs. Broadcom chipset who was so stuborn for
awhile to release their driver info that ndiswrapper was written
to use windows XP wireless drivers, and howto use iwconfig and
iwlist, or something like so.
And if they want to go cheap at 1st, they can just
use 1 wireless netword card as a master which turns it into
access point which will most likely be limited to 11Mbit/sec
or transfer limit around 700KBytes/sec.
Also maybe different security methods that you can have that
linux can use to connect to a private secure wireless network.
