There's an option in GRUB to swap the drive ids. Put that option in
the section for windows. Windows doesn't like running from the
non-boot drive, so you have to trick it a little. The may not work,
I've usually seen it referenced when GRUB is on the first disk and you
want to put windows on the second. But who knows...
